Plates

Each plate has its specific ski and specialty indication; that’s why we recommend them in optimal synergy with the various ski models.

X-Flex and X-Force Plates

Race plates made entirely from a special high-strength polymer enriched with carbon fibre. The plates have been designed to promote optimal ski flexibility while ensuring maximum stability and precision in handling. The structure is innovative in its kind, designed based on a difference in thickness between the front and rear and lightening in specific positions to ensure ideal dynamic response. The difference in thickness has been studied to optimise the ramp angles between the boot and the ski in order to minimise the use of lifters, which are only used for fine tuning. The binding system can be varied thanks to special bushings supplied with the plate kit, allowing for a modular response and perfect adaptation to the athlete’s characteristics.

The four possible positions, and therefore the variation in the binding points, lead to different impulse transmission and ski response during deformation. By varying the binding points, the athlete can further customise the ski-binding-plate package. The plate has been designed in two versions: X-Flex and X-Force. In the first version, the plate promotes maximum ski flexibility, while the second incorporates new technology that significantly varies the mass while maintaining elasticity, thus significantly enhancing the stability and smoothness of the ski, particularly at high speeds. The shape of the plates has been designed to optimise their dynamic performance and perfect alignment with the impulses given by the athlete.

Plate AX1

Plate divided into two parts, lightweight and flexible. Thanks to its shape and fastening system, it allows the ski to deform freely with minimal effort from the skier. Thickness is 11 mm both at the front and rear .

Plate AX2

Plate AX3

Plate with a front and rear part composed of two elements, one being the containment element and the other being the sliding element (similar to the front part AP2).
The composition of these two parts, front and rear, allows this plate to have ideal deformability while maintaining optimal elastic return during edge change.

Plate AX4

The structure is that of the AP2 plate, to which the front stabilizer is added, allowing for an additional vibration damping function.

The unique feature of this stabilizer is that it is constructed in a way perfectly similar to the ski, with a wooden core covered with composite materials, carbon, and flax.

This innovative construction leads to an ideal coupling between the ski and the stabilizer, which are built consistently and homogeneously to eliminate any disadvantages generated by different material combinations.

Plate AX5

The structure is identical to the AP4 with the addition of the rear stabilizer. This combination further enhances vibration damping capabilities, particularly in high-speed conditions and varying track conditions.
